Pricing questions
What is a message credit?+
Each AI reply uses credits. Standard models use 1 credit per reply; more powerful models use a few more (the cost is shown next to each model). Understanding a voice note or an image uses a little extra. Replies written by your team are always free.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Your agent stops answering until the next month or until you upgrade — your data, chats and settings stay safe. You'll see your usage in the dashboard before it runs out.
How do I pay?+
Choose a plan in your dashboard, send the amount with bKash or Nagad (Send Money) and enter the transaction ID. Your plan is usually activated automatically within a few minutes.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade any time from the Plans page in your dashboard. Your agents and data carry over.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Train an agent on your own website and test it for free, no card needed.
