Data deletion

Facebook and Instagram connections

You can remove the data we hold about your Facebook Page or Instagram account in any of these ways:

• In the dashboard: open your agent → Channels → Disconnect next to the Page or Instagram account. The stored access token is deleted immediately.
• In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select AgentFlow → Remove. Facebook then asks us to delete the data and we remove the connections automatically.
• By request: email our contact page from your account email with the Page name, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Conversations and account data

• Account holders can delete conversations, contacts, knowledge sources or an entire agent from the dashboard at any time.
• To delete your whole account and everything in it, contact us at our contact page.
• If you chatted with a business that uses AgentFlow and want your messages deleted, contact that business or write to us with the channel and the name or number you used.
